Welcome to Eco-Aura Agro enterprise! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and online services for purchasing fruits, vegetables, and other fresh produce (“Products”) from Eco-Aura Agro Enterprise (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility and Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Products and Availability

  • We offer a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and related products, subject to availability.
  • Product images are for illustration only; actual items may vary slightly in size, colour, or appearance.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed prices at checkout will be honoured.
  • Payment options include mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), debit/credit card, or cash on delivery (if available).
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment (except for cash-on-delivery orders).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours/days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary by location and may depend on product availability and weather conditions.
  • We deliver within Accra.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order before signing or confirming receipt.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are only accepted for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within 6 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp/phone number to request a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to request photos or evidence of the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team.
  • Once your order is out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted.
  • In case we must cancel an order due to stock unavailability or delivery issues, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Quality Assurance

  • We guarantee fresh and high-quality produce.
  • However, due to natural variations, minor differences in size, colour, or ripeness may occur and will not qualify for refunds.

8. Customer Data & Mobile Money Security

  • Your privacy and payment security are extremely important to us.
  • We comply with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) of Ghana.
  • When you make payments using Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) or bank cards, all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
  • We never store your Mobile Money PINs, card details, or banking credentials.
  • You are responsible for keeping your personal device and MoMo account secure. We will never ask for your PIN, OTP, or personal banking codes by phone, SMS, or email.
  • Any suspicious activity or unauthorized transaction should be reported immediately to both your network provider and our support team.
  • Your personal data (name, address, contact details) will only be used to process orders, deliveries, and customer service communications, and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the total value of the product purchased.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Eco-Aura Agro Enterprise and protected under Ghana’s Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690).
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We handle personal information in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent courts in Accra.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
